The agreement between you and Lumio when you use our apps and services.
The short version: use Lumio fairly, your content stays yours, pay for what you subscribe to, and we'll do our best to keep the service reliable. Cancel anytime.
By creating an account or using Lumio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Everything you add to Lumio — tasks, projects, notes — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content back to you and to provide features you enable (like AI scheduling). We claim no other rights over your content.
You agree not to:
New accounts may receive a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card is required, and at the end of the trial you simply move to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
We work hard to keep Lumio fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may occasionally perform maintenance, and we'll give notice for anything significant.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumio's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on scheduling suggestions.
If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
